1、 Infrastructure and Design Characteristics
Direct acting DDV control architecture: MOOG D634-501A adopts a direct acting (DDV) design, which is directly driven by a permanent magnet linear force motor to drive the valve core, eliminating the traditional pilot stage structure and achieving bidirectional displacement control without the need for an external pilot oil source. Compared to the two-stage architecture of D661-4651, it reduces transmission links by more than 40% and valve body volume by 30%, making it more suitable for the narrow installation space of small and medium-sized equipment, such as hydraulic control units for injection molding machines and blow molding equipment.
Integrated electronic control module design: Built in 24V power supply SMD technology integrated circuit board, integrated pulse width modulation (PWM) drive circuit and valve core position closed-loop control function, integrating signal processing, power amplification, and feedback regulation.
