Rich interface type coverage
Multiple types of interfaces commonly used in integrated semiconductor equipment to meet the connection requirements of different modules:
Industrial communication interface: 2 Gigabit Ethernet ports (supporting Profinet and EtherNet/IP protocols), 4 RS485 serial ports (communication rate adjustable from 0-1Mbps), and 1 CAN bus interface (supporting CANopen protocol), which can interface with device main controllers, sensor clusters, and actuators (such as servo motor drivers) to achieve real-time transmission of control instructions and status data;
Signal conversion interface: 8-channel analog input/output interface (supporting 4-20mA current signal, 0-10V voltage signal), 16 channel digital input/output interface (compatible with TTL/CMOS level), can convert analog signals collected by sensors (such as temperature and pressure) into digital signals and transmit them to the controller.
