Full coverage of industrial level protocols: Supports various industrial protocols commonly used in semiconductor devices, including fieldbus protocols (such as Profinet, EtherNet/IP, Modbus RTU/TCP), device specific protocols (such as AMAT device private communication protocol, SECS/GEM semiconductor standard protocol), and general network protocols (such as TCP/IP, MQTT).
