Support temperature control range -20 ℃~200 ℃, adaptable to the temperature control needs of different types of sensors in semiconductor devices - such as gas detection sensors in low-temperature environments (requiring a constant temperature of 50 ℃), pressure sensors in high-temperature process areas (requiring a constant temperature of 120 ℃); Adopting PID closed-loop control algorithm, the temperature regulation accuracy reaches ± 0.1 ℃, and the temperature fluctuation range is ≤± 0.2 ℃, ensuring stable operation of the sensor at the set temperature and avoiding measurement errors caused by temperature drift (such as pressure measurement error ≤± 0.5% F.S.).
Multi channel independent temperature control capability
